1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Ziif - Your AI Twin ("Ziif"), developed by PEOPLE INFLEX ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Ziif lets you create a personalized AI twin that learns your style and knowledge. Features include AI chat, user profiles, listings, messaging, voice interaction, knowledge base, notes, reminders, and todos.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Ziif. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be terminated.

4. Your Account

• You may sign up via email, Google, or Apple Sign-In.

• You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.

• Provide accurate information. No fake accounts or impersonation.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your AI Twin

• Your AI twin learns from the data you provide (text, documents, audio, links).

• You are responsible for what you use to train it.

• AI responses may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee AI-generated content.

• Do not train your twin with illegal or harmful content.

6. User Content

• You own your content. You grant us a license to store, process, and display it to operate the Service.

• You must have the right to share everything you upload.

• We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.

• We do not facilitate or guarantee transactions between users.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use Ziif for any illegal purpose

• Post violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content

• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Share other users' personal information without consent

• Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

• Use bots or automated tools without permission

9. Child Safety Standards

Ziif - Your AI Twin, developed by PEOPLE INFLEX ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Strictly prohibited:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, videos, text, or AI-generated

• Sexualizing, exploiting, or endangering minors

• Grooming or solicitation of minors

• Using AI features to generate content that harms children

Violations result in: immediate content removal, permanent account ban, reporting to NCMEC CyberTipline and law enforcement, and evidence preservation.

Report child safety concerns:

• In-app Report feature on profiles and listings

• Email: master@ziif.com (response within 24 hours)

We comply with COPPA, 18 U.S.C. 2258A, PROTECT Act, GDPR, IT Act 2000 (India), and POCSO Act 2012 (India).

10. Reporting and Blocking

• Report users or listings via the in-app Report feature (Spam, Inappropriate, Scam, Other).

• Block users in Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users. Blocked users are not notified.

• False reports may result in action against your account.

11. Intellectual Property

The Ziif name, logo, and Service are the property of PEOPLE INFLEX ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED. Do not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission. Report IP infringement to master@ziif.com.

12. Third-Party Services

Ziif uses Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and payment processors. Their own terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Account Deletion

Delete your account anytime via Settings > Account Actions > Delete Account or email master@ziif.com. This permanently removes all your data. Some data may be retained if required by law.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

• AI content may be inaccurate. We are not liable for decisions based on AI responses.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violations of these Terms.

15. Subscriptions and Payments

Ziif offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Ziif Pro") that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Plans

• Ziif Pro Individual — available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans.

• Ziif Pro Business — available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans.

Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

• Google Play: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.

16. General

• Governing law: India. Disputes resolved in courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

• Changes: We may update these Terms and will notify you in-app. Continued use means acceptance.

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
