Location Information

If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive:

We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.

• Notes, reminders, and knowledge base content

8. Child Safety

Ziif has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Sexual exploitation of minors

• Using AI features to generate harmful content involving children

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

9. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications including:

• Messages from other users

• Reminders you create

• App updates or announcements

Notification preferences can be managed in Settings → Notifications.

10. Subscriptions and Payment Data

Ziif offers auto-renewable subscription plans processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.

We may collect and store:

• Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)

• Plan type and billing period

• Purchase and renewal dates

• Transaction identifiers
